I guess daripada tajuk entry ni pasti ada yang dapat mengagak apa yg aku nak citer kali ni.
Yup, it was between going to Ulu Legong and attending the Bola Baling Tournament at school. At last the trip to Ulu Legong won. Luckily I decided to go since the trip was fun and rejuvenating. So, last Saturday, I accompanied my mom to Ulu Legong, Baling.
Before I proceed with the story, let me share some news about the Handball Tournament. Both the boys and girls team from my school won the competition. So we will be representing the Kelompok in the District Level.
Back to Ulu Legong... I guess some of u may be asking what is so special about Ulu Legong? For those yang dah jengah my FB surely dah view the piccas there. Ada hot spring kat Ulu Legong tuh.
Actually we went there to attend a wedding at my mom's cousin's house. His son was getting married. The uncle's house is in Baling, Kedah. So we decided to stay at a home stay in Ulu Legong. Ulu Legong is 28km from Pekan Baling.
Arrived there at around 12.30 p.m. with my mom, cousin, grandma, and two aunties. All women. My dad x ikut since dia nak attend kenduris at home. Kena divide ler.. since kenduri banyak masa school holidays, which explain why I kena drive my mom there.
Lepas check in kat home stay, had lunch. Then took a nap sebab penat driving. It was a long journey since we took a longer route there sebab nak convoy with my cousin from Perlis. She didn't know the way to go there.
Later in the evening pegi kat Sungai Angkat. About 1 km from the Hot Spring. x berendam pun sebab it was raining.
Later that nite, masuk kat kawasan Hot Spring. The entrance fee for adults is RM4 and RM 2 for children. Rendam2 kaki jer since ramai sangat orang walaupun it is still early. By the time weouls nak kuar dari situ orang makin ramai. Kat Hot Spring ni makin lewat malam makin ramai orang sampai ler ke Subuh.
The place is nice sebab dia buat cam kolam renang where u can rendam kaki or berendam terus pun boleh. Happening giler tempat tuh. My cousin and I had a pandan homemade ice cream sold there. Sedap giler...
Masa tengah rendam kaki tu, rasa cam kat sauna jer.. Berpeluh2 badan. Sebab wap dia naik sampai ke muka. Pastu badan rasa cam fresh giler...
Balik jer homestay, tido sampai pagi.
After breakfast, we decided untuk pegi mandi sungai... hehehehe... Pukul 8.40 a.m. gerak ke Sungai Angkat... Me and cousin berendam sampai kul 11.a.m.
Took the short way home. Singgah Kulim to visit my mom's friend. Then sampai umah kul 5.30p.m.
It was a relaxing and rejuvenating trip. Had loads and loads of fun. Looking forward to visit Ulu Legong again in the near future. Maybe in the next school holidays... who knows :P
