After 7 years of working as a teacher, today was the first time I took a medical leave. Last nite was a nightmare for me. I managed to throw up for 5 times from 7 p.m. til 1 a.m. Cirit birit 2 times.
Rupanya i kena food poisoning. Even minum air pun i threw up again. End up i cannot sleep. The worst part was i managed to doze off for a few minutes, pastu terjaga n felt like throwing up. X sempat nak rush to the bathroom, i threw up on myself on the bed.
After cleaning up everything, i was very thirsty but takut nak minum sbb takut muntah lagi. Then i remembered dlm fridge ada air zam zam. Drank the air zam zam and alhamdulillah i was able to keep it down. i feel asleep around 4 a.m.
This morning my parents cakap x payah pegi school. Hence the medical leave. Went to the clinic and got loads of medicine from the Doc.
My mom made porrideg for me. Alhamdulillah no more vomitting today. Still a bit tired but InsyaAllah will go to school tomorrow
